Leveraging advanced JPEG XS compression, the XS range enables visually lossless transmission of HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 1.2 signals up to 4K/60—or even 5K—with zero frame drops and ultra-low latency.
Ideal for both HD and UHD workflows, Draco Vario XS extenders support a full color spectrum (up to 30-bit, 4:4:4) and embedded digital audio up to 192 kHz, all while maintaining smooth, artifact-free visuals. Video, audio, and USB HID signals can be extended using either standard CATx cabling or Fibre, offering flexible installation over distances up to 10km.
Their modular, plug-and-play design integrates seamlessly with Draco Tera matrix systems and supports optional add-ons like USB 2.0, serial, or additional audio modules. This makes the range suitable for broadcast, post-production, control rooms, or industrial control—wherever reliable, precise signal extension is essential.
