IHSE’s range of video converters enable you to continue using legacy and even obsolete equipment by converting analogue RGB/VGA/media signals to digital DVI signals. They save time and money by allowing the connection of modern digital displays as well as being ideal for feeding alternative video signals, such as CCTV cameras into a Draco Tera KVM matrix solution.
The converters recognise all analogue resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 and rescale incoming video to the most suitable (and selectable) resolution. Incoming video is digitised and stored an internal video memory, and from there converted into a compatible format. The original resolution and refresh rate is either kept unchanged or resized to a selection chosen by the user.
Digital video inputs are catered for by the latest models able cross-convert SDI to DVI.
